MINIMUM STAY

Reservation requests for a minimum stay of three nights (5 nights Dec 15, 2012 to April 30, 2013) are accepted. Shorter stays might become available don't hesitate to call us. |
PAYMENT METHODS
We take reservations online with Visa and MasterCard. Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit payment is received.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the entire stay (less tax) is required to confirm a reservation. A reservation is not done until the deposit payment has been received. A confirmed reservation obligates both us at Ababor Suites and the guest for the entire length of stay reserved. Deposits are not transferable to another date but we do not have a problem in receiving a friend in your place. The balance of the reservation is due four weeks prior to your arrival date.CONFIRMATION
A reservation confirmation will be emailed, faxed or mailed back to you once the deposit payment has been received.
CANCELLATION FEE

There is a cancellation fee of 25% of deposit. If we are notified of a cancellation at least 30 days ahead of arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less the 15% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation, less than 30 days, where the suite can not be re-booked, the deposit will be kept by Ababor Suites. In case of hurricanes or severe storms in Puerto Rico where ferry or air transportation to Vieques is grounded, a voucher will be issued for a future date. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT
To protect ourselves in cases of extreme property abuse, we require a credit card imprint signed by the guest on arrival or a money order for $250. In case of minimal or no damage, the credit card slip or money order will be returned to the guest.
EARLY DEPARTURES
If the guest decides to leave early, he/she is still responsible for the remaining days of the reservation.
