Annual Events
- Three Kings Day Festival always on January 6th. Bring your kids to the Bo. Florida baseball park for free rides, candy and activities.
Relay for Life The American Cancer Society holds an annual event that lasts 24 hours. 24 hours of entertainment, food, cancer information and free health info and/or clinics. Usually held at Sun Bay Public Beach. This year's event was from April 25-26, 2009. The winning team for most consistency on the track and most track turns completed was the Bermudez Family and Friends, Los Zorros. Congratulations team!

Easter Week
Traditionally this is the time of the year when many local families take their kids camping to the beach. Most beaches will be packed with campers. Favorite family spots are Media Luna Beach, the
east side of Sun Bay Beach, Playa Gallito and the beaches on the west side of
the island. The beaches at the Fish and Wildlife Reserve are off limits to
campers.
- Vieques Cultural Festival
Usually after Easter week. This
festival is sponsored by the "Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña".
The Spanish Fort serves as the backdrop for three days and nights of great
presentations of artisans, children activities, folkloric musicians and dancers.
- Carnival (Patronales) during the third weekend in July. The whole island celebrates with music, dance, kid rides, and lots of drinking. This is the time to drink the official alcoholic beverage of Vieques, Bili (pronounced beelee, stress -lee). Bili is made of a local fruit, "quenepa", mixed with white rum,
cinnamon and sugar. See the recipe here

- Traditional
Puertorican music in Dec. Mon Silva puts together a "Trova
Navideña" festival.
