CASA MÁGICA/MAGIC HOUSE is located on Pinos Street-the most private street in Esperanza-in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Esperanza, two blocks from the tourist center on the "Malecón" or boardwalk where you will find a beautiful beach, restaurants, gift shops and the pick-up for the tours to the Bioluminescent Bay (five minutes walking). Sun Bay, a popular mile long beach with many palm trees, is one of the other beaches within a short walking distance. Staying in Esperanza means you do not need a car to take advantage of the many nearby beaches, but you may want a car for one day to visit the remote beaches.

CASA MÁGICA está localizada en la calle Pinos, la calle más privada de la tranquila y acogedora comunidad del Barrio Esperanza en Vieques-Puerto Rico.  Casa Mágica está a dos bloques, 10 minutos caminando del centro turístico de Vieques: El Malecón.  El Malecón con su preciosa playa Esperanza, sus pescadores, tienditas, restaurantes gourmets y lugar de recogido para las excursiones a la Bahía Bioluminiscente.  Casa Mágica está a diez minutos caminando de la hernosa playa Esperanza y 20 minutos de la espectacular playa del Balneario Público Sun Bay. Hospedarse en Casa Mágica en Esperanza significa que no necesita alquilar auto para disfrutar de dos hermosas playas pero lo mismo quiere alquilar auto un día para visitar las playas más alejadas como Playa Chiva y Playa Caracas.

CASA MÁGICA/MAGIC HOUSE is a tastefully-decorated two-bedroom house. It has a queen bed in one bedroom and a queen and a set of bunk beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. The living room has a full futon. Casa Mágica can accomodate 8 people. It has a well-equipped kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. It also has a living room and dining area. There is a large backyard with a picnic table under shade trees and an outside shower with hot & cold water. There is a washer and clothes line for your use. This is a non-smoking house.
 
You will rent a whole bright, sunny and airy house (700 square meters property) to privately enjoy your beach vacation. Not share a guest house or houses with more than one renter. You want your privacy! Big patio with a beautiful shady tree and outside cement table and benches. Big bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds dressed-up with 400 thread Egyptian cotton sheets . . . you will want to sleep late! Rain shower head in the bathroom . . . ahh!!!
